Staying with a group of friends was fantastic! The staff was incredibly warm and helped with everything. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts and had a blast lounging by the clean pool. The Palais truly felt like an oasis amidst the bustling Medina of Marrakesh. The room, a Deluxe King Room, was spacious with a mini gym and a lovely outside terrace perfect for enjoying mint tea. I appreciated the attention to cleanliness. the pool area was well-maintained, and the water was always warm, making it inviting. The breakfast was delightful, with fresh delicacies that the cooks prepared right in front of us. Ahmed was exceptional, assisting throughout our stay and arranging our sightseeing plans. I noticed some common areas could use a bit of a refresh. The decor felt slightly outdated, and a couple of spots seemed like they needed more attention in terms of hygiene. But overall, my stay was memorable, thanks to the amazing team that made me feel like family. I'd love to return when things improve.
